energy-affordability problem for low and fixed income households in the Metro Louisville area, making homes more energy efficient and providing basic information about how to reduce energy costs.

Service

The first line of defense for low and fixed income households, seniors and people with disabilities - this free service makes basic home repairs to seal up air leaks that cause the home to be drafty and inefficiently heated.
